"Sony Master" Activity Regulations

1. General

1.1 The Shopo brand (Insight Imports Ltd., hereinafter: the " Company " or the " Organizer of the Activity ") wishes to appeal to the public to participate in the "Gift Voucher" activity (hereinafter: the " Activity ").

1.2 As part of the activity and subject to what is stated in these regulations, the participants will be asked to make a purchase in the stores or on the website for any amount and be part of winning a voucher for NIS 500. The activity will appear on Shopo's Facebook and Instagram page, and everything is as detailed in these regulations.

2. Definitions

2.1 "The company" or "the organizer of the activity" - Shopo (Insight Imports Ltd.), Maharal 17, Tel Aviv.

2.2 "Participant" - a person who met the conditions of the activity regulations, from the age of 18 or older, who is an Israeli citizen and/or has an entry permit and who was valid according to any law. Participation in the activity is prohibited for employees of the organizer of the activity and business partners of the organizer of the activity.

2.3 "Period of the activity" - the period of time between the start date of the activity on February 11, 2021, and the end date on February 17, 2021 at midnight. The company may change the activity period, shorten or extend it, without prior notice.

3. The details of the activity and the method of participation

3.1 The participants in the activity are invited to purchase items both on the brand's website and in the physical stores (24 Ashtori Perachi Tel Aviv, 11 Rabbi Pinhas, Jaffa flea market complex).

3.2 In order to participate in the activity, every participant interested in taking part in the activity is required to meet the conditions listed in the posting of the activity on Instagram.

3.3 Among the participants in the activity, one winner will be selected who meets the conditions of the activity as listed in the activity announcement on Instagram.

3.4 Each participant may participate in the activity several times during the activity period.

3.5 Each of the participants in the activity in which he submits his name, personal details, including his cell phone number and e-mail address, hereby gives his consent to the organizer of the activity, to send him advertising mail, and waives any claim in this regard.

3.6 A participant in the activity who does not comply with all the provisions of these regulations and/or the instructions on how to participate in the activity or fulfills them partially, or fulfills them after the end of the activity period - will not be able to participate in the activity and/or receive the prize distributed as part of it.

3.7 Without deviating from what is stated in section 3.6 above, the company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify a participant and/or prevent a participant from taking part in the activity. Also, the organizer of the activity reserves the right not to exercise and/or award the prize to those who won it by an act that is not lawful, in the opinion of the organizer of the activity.

3.8 Participation in the activity is free of charge.

3.9 There is no actual participation of this or that participant in the activity, to ensure his eligibility and/or the eligibility of anyone on his behalf for the prize.

The prizes for the winners in the activity and how they are distributed

3.10 The determination of the winners will be carried out by the organizer of the activity, according to its sole discretion, and will be final and irrevocable and/or attainable.

3.11 Each participant may win a maximum of one prize only.

3.12 The prize - the winners of the activity will be entitled to receive a gift of a "Sony Master Rabbit" item and a 2021 calendar of the "Sony Angel" brand

3.13 The organizer of the activity reserves the right to add, subtract or change the prize or to offer an alternative prize of similar value, at its sole and absolute discretion.

3.14 The prize will be given upon the winner's arrival at one of the branches by prior arrangement during the branch's operating hours.

3.15 The organizer of the activity reserves the right to change the date of receiving the prize.

3.16 The selection of the winner will be published on the activity editor's Instagram page near the selection date, in the form of a response to the activity "post" or as a dedicated "post" that will be published on the activity editor's Facebook and Instagram page.

3.17 As a condition for receiving the prize, the winner must provide the organizer of the activity with an accurate residential address, e-mail address and mobile phone number. If the winner does not provide details for contacting and sending the prize, by 28.02.2021 - he will not be entitled to receive and/or redeem the prize.

3.18 The organizer of the activity will send the prize to the winners at her discretion via Israel Post / Courier / pick up from one of the Shopo stores by identification using a postal code. The company is not responsible for the actual receipt of the prize by the winners

3.19 The organizer of the activity will not be responsible in any way for malfunctions and delays, including technical ones, which will prevent or delay the participant's admission to the activity and/or his/her entitlement to the prize and/or its realization. The organizer of the activity will not allow the winner to convert and/or change and/or transfer the prize to another person.

3.20 If the company is unable to contact a prize winner, and this is due to circumstances beyond the company's control and/or the company is unable to locate the winner and/or it is found that a winner does not meet the terms of the activity and/or the terms of these regulations, including providing incorrect details, The company will disqualify that participant from winning the activity. If a winner is disqualified, another winner will be designated by the organizer of the activity.

3.21 The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify a winner from winning an activity if it is suspected that he won an activity illegally and/or through a fraudulent act and/or committing a crime and/or not in good faith and/or not according to the terms of these regulations and / or any law.

3.22 The winner of the activity may be covered, including for the purpose of promoting the company's sales, and by participating in the activity the participant expresses his consent to the publication of his name and the coverage of his win, including on the radio and in the press.

Upon filling in his personal details, the participant expresses his consent to the publication of his name and surname and any additional information provided and/or that appears on the participant's Facebook profile, regardless of whether he is found to be eligible for the prize or not, in any means of advertising and communication that is at the sole discretion of the organizer of the activity and that there is no Neither he nor she will have any claim regarding the publication of his name and full details appearing on his Facebook profile, and stating the fact that he was entitled to a prize as part of the activity.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1 The regulations are worded in the masculine language for convenience only, but they are intended for all genders.

4.2 Any matter related to and/or concerning the publication of the activity and/or part of it and/or the participants and/or any other matter arising from the activity shall be subject to the sole discretion of the organizer of the activity as it shall be from time to time.

4.3 The organizer of the activity will be the final arbiter in all matters concerning the activity and regarding any question that may arise during and/or in connection with it and regarding any malfunction and/or problem and/or any unexpected situation that may arise during the activity, whether or not explicitly stated in the regulations, and for the participant in the activity and / or on whose behalf there will be no claim for this.

4.4 The organizer of the activity and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be responsible in any way for the proper operation of the telephone network, the Internet, electricity and/or any other means of infrastructure and/or communication, for all their components, and shall not be held responsible for damages, losses, expenses, loss of profit, etc. "B caused due to interruptions, technical failures, interruptions, disconnections to the participant in the activity and/or to any party, directly and/or indirectly.

4.5 The participant in the activity undertakes to compensate the organizer of the activity and/or anyone on her behalf, for any damage, loss, loss, expenses, claim or demand, including legal expenses and attorney's fees, of third parties towards her, if the participant violates the act, directly and / or indirectly, the conditions of participation as stated in the regulations, and this caused any damage to the organizer of the activity and / or anyone on her behalf.

4.6 The regulations are exhaustive and regulate the relations between the participants and the company. Participation in the activity constitutes the agreement, confirmation and declaration of each participant that he has read the regulations, and it also expresses full agreement on the part of the participants to all the terms of the regulations. Therefore, if a participant does not agree to the terms and conditions, all or part of them, he is not allowed to participate in the activity.

4.7 These regulations consolidate the set of rights and obligations between the company and the participants. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, either in writing or orally by the company or on its behalf in connection with the activity, including any other publication, written or Here, in any means of communication, only the provisions of this regulation will prevail.

4.8 For the avoidance of doubt, it will be clarified that the company or anyone on its behalf will not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations and interpretations of the company's employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or In any other means of advertising or illustration, but only as expressly stated in these regulations.

4.9 By browsing and participating in the activity, the participant agrees that the company will use identifying information about him, among other things for the purposes of sending updates, advertising information, marketing information, etc. If the participant does not agree to this, he must notify the company in writing.

4.10 Participation in the activity will be the sole responsibility of the participant, and the company or anyone on its behalf will not bear any damage of one kind or another caused to the participants for any reason whatsoever.

4.11 The company reserves the right to cancel the entire activity or part/s thereof, at its sole discretion, among other things in a situation where it becomes clear that there has been a malfunction, interruption, or disruption that is present in order to prevent participants from participating in the activity.

4.12 Any tax liability for receiving and redeeming the prizes awarded as part of the activity, to the extent that such liability applies, will apply to the participants only and be their full responsibility.

4.13 The prize awarded to the winning participants will not be transferable and/or changeable and/or redeemable and/or convertible in any way.

4.14 A participant will not be allowed to transfer his rights, according to these regulations and/or all or part of his obligations to another.

4.15 Despite what is stated in these regulations, it is hereby clarified that the company will be entitled to change the nature of the activity, the conditions of the activity (and even cancel it altogether), including the period of the activity and its dates, the method of winning, the prizes, etc., and any such change will be binding from the moment of its publication by the company.

4.16 It is hereby agreed that the Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv will be authorized to discuss exclusively all disagreements that may arise from these regulations and the activity.

4.17 The activity is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the general permit for conducting sweepstakes for commercial advertising according to the Penal Law, 1977-1977.

4.18 Copies of the regulations of the activity can be found at the company's offices, at 17 Maharal Street, Tel Aviv. The organizer of the activity will send a copy of the regulations to the participant who requests her by e-mail.
