Shipping Terms

Shipments:

Home delivery - 30 NIS | For purchases over 299 NIS - free
The package will be delivered by us to the delivery company within 3 business days from the day of payment confirmation.
Package delivery time:
- The settlements between Haifa and Be'er Sheva (including Jerusalem) - up to 2 business days from the day the package is picked up by the delivery company.
- Remote settlements, kibbutzim and moshavim - up to 6 business days from the day the package is picked up by the delivery company.
* When placing the order, you must provide a current address where you will be during the distribution hours and be available at the phone number entered. The delivery date of the package will be coordinated with you by the delivery company at this number.

Self collection from the branches
You can pick up the order from one of the branches of your choice at no extra charge. The order will be ready at the requested branch within 3 business days from the day of placing the order. After you receive confirmation that it is ready and waiting for collection, you can come and pick it up at the branch.

Returning/Exchanging Items:
Exchange of items will be possible in branches up to 45 days from the date of receipt of the order, together with the purchase invoice or exchange note and as long as the item has not been used in any way, it is in good condition and in its original packaging.
Returning an item will be possible within 14 days of receiving the order, along with the purchase invoice or exchange note and as long as the item has not been used, it is in good condition and in its original packaging, with a deduction of 5% of the purchase amount. In addition, return by courier will be possible under the same conditions and with an additional delivery fee of NIS 30. There is no refund/credit on shipping.
An exchange through the shipping company can be made at a double shipping cost: NIS 60.
